CK Capital Management was founded by Denise and Bill McCormick with the primary goal of helping financially struggling homeowners avoid foreclosure by short selling their property when the amount they owe on their mortgage is greater than the current market value of their home.

Denise’s background as a former critical care nurse and Bill’s financial services experience make them uniquely qualified to serve homeowners who are facing a difficult time in their lives. They offer their services at no charge to homeowners. No homeowner has ever had to pay a fee for their services.

In addition to helping homeowners, Denise and Bill work with realtors to assist their clients who need to short sell their homes. Realtors enlist the help of CK Capital Management to manage the entire Short Sale process for them and their clients.

Denise and Bill are committed to educating the Realtor community and teach continuing education classes for several real estate boards. They believe that helping to educate Realtors servicing financially distressed homeowners can help them better prepare to service their clients.

Denise and Bill serve as Affiliate Members on several real estate boards in multiple states and support the fundraising efforts to the causes in those communities.
